Drone Payload Solution

A three part solution
1. Designing a light-weight, self locking mechanism to actuate the drone's payload bay doors
2. Designing medical vacutainer carriers to ensure that they occupy a low volume during transit, while being able to carry a high sum of vacutainers
3. Developing a solution to maintain cold-chain (a temperature between 3-8 Celcius) during drone deliveries

1. Design a mechanism to mimic the finger movement through line diagrams
2. Verify the adaptive gripping mechanism through a dynamic time motion study

Design of an Unmanned Ground Vehicle (UGV)

A 3-people team initiative in response to the challenges posed by the COVID-19 pandemic. Through this design proposal, healthcare workers could safely converse with the patients and deliver essential supplies, including food, water, and medication, without direct physical contact. National Level Challenge to design an Unmanned Aerial Vehicle

As a part of the SAE Aerothon we, as a team of 4 underwent a full design cycle of an unmanned aerial vehicle for surveillance and delivery purposes. My responsibility was to design the structure of the UAV and I took the approach of a twin-boom pusher configuration, coupled with an inverted u-tail.

Freelancing Project

While freelancing I stumbled upon a interesting request online for a desk organizer. My design featured a four-sided structure with a revolving base rotation. For this I incorporated a precision thrust bearing / lazy susan supported by precise abutments.
